Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
• Total time spent on the Application
• Your mobile operating system
• Personally identifiable information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and phone number

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important notices, required communications, and where permitted by law, marketing communications.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Location Information

The Application collects your device's location to provide location-based features and improve the Application. Specifically:

• Geolocation Services: Location data is used to provide location-based features such as finding handymen near you.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated location data may help the Service Provider understand usage patterns and improve performance.
• Third-Party Services: Location data may be shared with third-party services used to support Application functionality, subject to this privacy policy and applicable law.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may disclose your information to third parties in the following circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
• When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider's behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
• Your consent, where required and legally permitted

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at tarek.saade@m3allem.org.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• The right to know what personal information is collected about you
• The right to delete personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention Policy

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Contact tarek.saade@m3allem.org.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data or account by contacting the Service Provider at tarek.saade@m3allem.org. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law. Upon verification of your identity, your personal data will be deleted from the Service Provider's systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

Children

The Application is not directed to children. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's Internet usage and instruct them never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact tarek.saade@m3allem.org so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
